Separate communication purposes
Account, security, billing, verification, lead delivery, saved-search alerts and other requested service messages are managed separately from optional promotional campaigns.
Promotional consent
Campaign eligibility requires recorded promotional consent and no active unsubscribe, complaint, bounce or suppression. Imported or submitted email addresses are organized in the contact database but do not receive promotional consent automatically.
Unsubscribe and suppression
Campaigns include preference and unsubscribe tools. Recipients are rechecked immediately before sending. Bounces, complaints and administrator restrictions create suppression records that prevent later promotional delivery.
