Information is used to operate accounts, deliver inquiries, process payments, verify profiles, moderate content, prevent abuse, provide requested communications, administer campaigns and comply with legal obligations. Inquiry details are disclosed to the professional selected by the consumer. Service providers receive only information reasonably needed to perform contracted functions.
Consent, retention and safeguards
Required service processing and optional promotional consent are recorded separately. Retention depends on account, transaction, safety, dispute and legal needs. Administrative access is role-based, evidence is protected from direct public access, and security events are logged.
