Original and authorized material

Submit only content you created, licensed or are authorized to use. Portraits, property images, documents, videos, client testimonials and organization branding must have appropriate permission.

Accuracy and presentation

Do not make deceptive guarantees, fabricate achievements, conceal paid relationships, expose client details, or present promotional property entries as complete live inventory. Clearly distinguish personal commentary and submitted testimonials from independent reviews.

Safety and moderation

Malware, unlawful content, harassment, discrimination, explicit threats, impersonation and instructions intended to defeat security are prohibited. Content may be sanitized, moderated, rejected, hidden or removed.
