No. Publication, a paid plan, a verification badge or a sponsored placement is not a guarantee of performance. Verification describes a completed platform check, while sponsored visibility is labeled separately.
How are inquiries handled?
The website first archives the inquiry, then queues an email to the selected professional. The archived record remains available even if email delivery is delayed or fails.
Can I correct or remove information?
Use the profile report form for inaccurate public information, the privacy request form for personal-information rights, or support for account assistance.
