Profile responsibility
The professional or authorized organization must keep names, portrait rights, brokerage, team, licence, location, languages, specialties, availability and contact information accurate.
Imported and unclaimed profiles
An imported profile may be published from an authorized data source and marked unclaimed. Claiming requires ownership and affiliation checks. Imported portraits are not copied automatically unless appropriate rights exist.
Corrections
Anyone may report a material inaccuracy. The platform may request evidence, temporarily hide disputed details, merge duplicates, update status or suspend a profile while the issue is reviewed.
