Rules for recurring memberships, advertising purchases, cancellations and billing disputes.

Membership cancellation
Recurring memberships may be scheduled for cancellation through billing controls. Unless a mandatory right or approved exception applies, paid access generally continues to the end of the confirmed billing period and then returns to the Free plan.
Advertising purchases
Advertising campaigns require approval and confirmed payment. Refund eligibility may depend on rejection before delivery, duplicate payment, provider error, undelivered inventory or another documented platform failure. Performance outcomes such as leads or transactions are not guaranteed.
Billing disputes
Contact support promptly with the invoice or order reference. Provider records, webhook confirmations, campaign delivery and account history may be reviewed before a decision. Nothing limits non-waivable consumer rights.
