Review Policy
Standards for independent reviews, professional responses, evidence, moderation and disputes.
Version 1.0 · Effective 2026-07-17
Who may review
Reviews may come from verified accounts or one-time invited clients. Reviewers must describe genuine experience, avoid conflicts of interest, protect private information and certify the accuracy of their submission.
Moderation and verification labels
All reviews require moderation before publication. Account verification, invitation status, transaction evidence and imported testimonials are labeled distinctly. Only approved independent reviews affect public ratings.
Responses and disputes
Professionals may submit a moderated response. Reviewers and professionals may report material inaccuracies, harassment, conflicts, private information or fraud. A disputed review may be hidden while evidence is assessed, without destroying the audit history.
